This study presents a single-phase full-bridge inverter converting DC to stable 110 V RMS, 60 Hz AC using 10 kHz sinusoidal PWM for precise control of IGBT switches. An LC low-pass filter (4.06 mH, 6.23 µF) significantly reduces harmonic distortion (THD ≈ 0.22%). A high-bandwidth PI controller dynamically adjusts PWM duty cycles to maintain output stability within ±2% despite load variations and DC-bus disturbances. The system demonstrates fast recovery and excellent dynamic response, making it suitable for high-quality AC power applications like renewable energy and UPS systems.
